WIN Enterprises introduced the WIN SoNIC network acceleration board. WIN SoNIC is an instantiation of the Intel platform for communications infrastructure, formerly codenamed “Crystal Forest.” The WIN MB-62030 board features a 2/4 core Intel 32nm Xeon BGA Processor (codename Gladden), next generation PCH (codename Cave Creek) with integrated Intel QuickAssist Technology, and dual 10GbE on a single half-length PCIe Card.
ADLINK Technology introduced their aTCA-6250 AdvancedTCA (ATCA) processor blade. The ADLINK aTCA-6250 features dual 8-core Intel Xeon processor E5-2658/E5-2648L, Intel C604 PCH, eight-channel memory (up to 128GB of DDR3 memory), dual 10GbE Fabric Interfaces, dual GbE Base Interfaces, quad front panel GbE egress ports, front panel dual COM and USB 2.0 ports, front panel VGA connector, onboard SATA connector and 400W power supply subsystem.
American Portwell Technology introduced the CAR-4003 1U network communications appliance. The CAR-4003 supports the quad-core Intel Xeon processor X3400, L3400 (formerly codenamed Lynnfield), Intel Core i5, and Core i3 (formerly codenamed Clarkdale) processors. The communications appliance features four DIMM slots with high speed 1333MHz dual-channel DDR3 ECC memory, dual x8 PCI Express Gen2 slot (8 GB/s bi-directional), two PCI-E x8 interface, fiber and copper port connections, 2×16 character LCD display module options, VGA pin-header, one 3.5″ or two 2.5″ Serial ATA Hard Disk Drive, and one on-board CompactFlash slot.
The Kontron Industrial Silent Server KISS 4U KTC5520 features an Extended ATX motherboard and up to dual Intel Xeon 5600 Series processors. The PP 68x/m71 embedded systems boards feature the 2.00 GHz Six-Core Intel Xeon processor L5638 (or the 1.87 GHz Quad-Core Intel Xeon processor L5618), up to 48 Gbytes of DDR3-1066 ECC SDRAM, two 10 Gigabit Ethernet ports, and SAS and SATA300 disk interfaces. The PP 68x/m71 modules are ideal for CPU intensive processing applications within the telecommunications, defense, and homeland security industry.

The ADLINK aTCA-6150 features the dual 32nm six-core Intel Xeon processor L5638 with 2.00 GHz core-speed, the Intel 5520 chipset, up to 48 GB of DDR3 memory, and an optional PICMG Mid-size AMC bay for increased computing performance and flexibility. The Intel Xeon processor L5638 on 32 nm process technology with 6-core / 12-thread capability gives the aTCA-6150 increased processing performance with more efficient power consumption.
Emerson Network Power introduced the ATCA-7365 and ATCA-7367 AdvancedTCA (ATCA) server blades. The ATCA-7365 and ATCA-7367 feature the Intel Xeon processor 5600 series. Both blades can be configured with a variety of software offerings, from firmware-only to fully integrated and verified software operating environments, including Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5.4, Wind River PNE LE 3.0 and Microsoft Windows Server 2008. They also support virtualization (under RHEL 5.4, XEN/KVM) and VMware ESX/ESXi certification is planned. The ATCA-7365 and ATCA-7367 blades are shipping now.

The Kontron AM5030 is an Advanced Mezzanine Card with a quad-core processor. The AM5030 board features the Intel Xeon processor LC5518, which is based on the latest Intel microarchitecture and delivers with its 45nm process technology even lower power consumption and higher integration. The double-wide, full-size AMC module supports RedHat Linux, Windows 7, Windows XP and Windows 2008 Server. The Kontron AM5030 will be in serial production by the second quarter.
