Avalue Technology announced the EQM-A50M Qseven Module. The EQM-A50M is powered by either the AMD G-series T40E or T16R CPU. The Qseven module features the AMD A50M chipset, two SATA, eight USB 2.0 ports, four PCIex1, LPC, onboard 2G DDR3 (up to 4GB DDR3 800/1066 SDRAM) and a Realtek 8111E Gigabit interfaces. The Avalue EQM-A50M is ideal for POS/KIOSK, digital signage, gaming machine, medical and transportation.
iWave Systems Technologies recently introduced the iW-RainboW-G15M i.MX6 Q7 module. VIA Technologies introduced the COMe-8X92 and QSM-8Q90 modules. The VIA COMe-8X92 module is based on the industry standard Computer-on-Module (COM) Express Compact form factor. GreenBase Technology introduced the GQ4430 Qseven module. The GQ4430 is based on Texas Instruments OMAP4430 embedded application processor. The new GreenBase Qseven module features a SGX540 3D Graphics Engine, DDR2 SDRAM (up to 1 GB), external SD card support, fast Ethernet, HDMI, 24-bit LVDS, TTL display interface, CSI2 camera interface, two USB 2.0, three UART, SPI and I2C.
