It can be deployed in applications that require remote management of data and imagery, and is ideal for networking, surveillance, traffic control, and machine visions applications. ADLINK Technology introduced the GIE64+ quad-port GigE vision frame grabber. The GIE64+ is a PCI Express x4 lane, PoE (Power Over Ethernet) frame grabber/network interface card. It supports four independent Gigabit Ethernet ports for multiple GigE Vision device connections with data transfer rates up to 1000 Mb/s, which is found with most GigE Vision cameras. ADLINK’s GIE64+ also features IEEE 1588 Precision Time Protocol, multi-channel synchronization and smart PoE application programming interface.

The rBOX104 features the Intel Atom Processor Z510PT/Z520PT up to 1.33 GHz, extended temperature range of -40°C to 70°C, two COM ports, 10/100/1000Mbps Ethernet with magnetic isolation protection, two USB 2.0 ports, four PoE (IEEE802.3af) ports, VGA output, and CompactFlash socket. It is ideal for intelligent transportation systems, power plant automation, facility monitoring systems, IP video surveillance, APs, and intercoms. The rBOX104 will be available in February 2011.
