Axiomtek rolled out the SHB213 SBC, which is a PICMG 1.3 half-size CPU card. The SHB213 single board computer supports the second generation Intel Core i7/i5/i3 processors and Intel Celeron processors. It is RoHS compliant and offers interface for RAID-capable SATA-600 and USB 3.0. The SHB213 SBC will be available at the end of March, 2012. The Axiomtek SHB213 is ideal for DVR, digital security surveillance, gaming machine, visual inspection instruments, and video server applications.

The DSM 96M4296o features the Intel Core 2 Duo (Penryn) processor with the 667/800/1066 MHz front-side bus or a Celeron processor and the Intel GM45/ICH9M chipset with the Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 4500MHD. The 96M4296o conforms to the PICMG 1.0 Standard. The full-length (338 x 122 mm) Slot CPU 96M4296o has a rated operating temperature range of 0° to 60° C.
ADLINK Technology recently introduced the Express-HR, cPCI-3970, and NuPRO-E340 embedded boards. The Express-HR is a COM Express module that features the Intel Core i7 processor, Intel QM67 Express chipset, PCI Express Gen2, and SATA 6 Gb/s. The cPCI-3970 is a 3U CompactPCI blade that features the Intel Core i7 processor and Intel QM67 Express chipset. The NuPRO-E340 is a PICMG 1.3 System Host Board based on the Intel Core i7/i5 processor and Intel Q67 Express chipset.

WIN Enterprises introduced the MB-80100 PICMG 1.3-style SHB. The MB-80100 includes the Intel LGA 1366 processor socket that enables CPU scalability across the Nehalem and Westmere multicore processor families. The MB-80100 SHB features the Intel 5520 Chipset, FireWire, an LSI 1068E RAID chip, PCI-X, and up to 20 lanes of full 64-bit PCI-Express. Evaluation units will be available by mid-August of 2010.
