ADLINK Technology launched the PCIe-7360 32-CH High-Speed Digital I/O Card. The PCIe-7360 features up to 100 MHz data rate, 400 MB/s throughput, parallel and bi-directional 32-channel high-speed I/O lines and 8-channel application function I/Os. The board is ideal for image performance verification, ADC/DAC testing, digital image transfer to large-scale printer/plotter applications, and digital video recording/playback.
Imsys introduced the Velox Java Controller. Velox is the newest member of Imsys’s Simple Network Application Platform (SNAP). Velox includes MCU, SDRAM, flash memory, 10/100 Ethernet PHY, three UARTs, SPI/I2C, RTC, eight timers, eight channel 16 bit ADC, two 16 bit DAC and a high-speed (83 MByte/s) data channel, and GPIOs. The Imsys Velox is available now with full production in the fourth quarter of this year. Estimated price in 5k quantity is around $35 depending on configuration options.

Lantronix released their xPico Wi-Fi module. The tiny M2M wi-fi board is a compact, embedded wireless device server. It is designed for easy and fast machine-to-Wi-Fi connectivity. The xPico Wi-Fi module features simultaneous access point and client functionality. This enables the creation of its own secure Wi-Fi network for direct access as well as maintaining a Wi-Fi client connection to the existing Wi-Fi network.
