The op amps feature 1.2 MHz gain-bandwidth, 3.5V to 16V supply voltage, 135 microamperes quiescent current (typical), 3.5 mV offset voltage (max), 100 dB (typical) Common Mode Rejection Ratio (CMRR), and 102 dB (typical) Power-Supply Rejection Ratio (PSRR). The MCP6H01 is priced at $0.47 each (10k-Unit) and the MCP6H02 is priced at $0.66 each (10k-Unit). The MCP6H01/2 is ideal for medical (portable instrumentation, heart- and blood-pressure monitors), automotive (proximity, temperature or flow sensors), and industrial (high-side current sensing in power supplies) applications.
Microchip Technology introduced the MCP1623 and MCP1624 (MCP1623/4) Synchronous Boost Regulators. The MCP1623 and MCP1624 regulators enable designers to reduce the size and number of batteries without increasing costs. The MCP1623/4 regulators can be utilized with any PIC microcontroller for < 0.7V VDD operation. The MCP1623/4 Synchronous Boost Regulators are available in a 6-pin, SOT-23 package, for less than $0.20 each, in volume. Samples are available today.
