IEI Technology introduced their NANO-QM770 EPIC SBC. The single board computer supports the 3rd generation Intel Core processor family. It features the 22nm LGA1155, Mobile Intel QM77 Express Chipset, dual-channel DDR3 1600/1333/1066 MHz (up to 8GB), dual PCIe GbE, three COM ports, four USB 3.0 ports, two SATA 6Gb/s ports, and a Realtek ALC662 HD codec audio connector. The IEI NANO-QM770 SBC is ideal for surveillance systems, energy control systems, and high-resolution digital signage applications.
Axiomtek introduced their EP100 EPIC embedded board. Options for the EP100 module include either the AMD G-Series APU dual core T56N with Radeon HD 6320 graphics or AMD G-Series APU single core T40R with Radeon HD 6250 graphics. The board features the AMD A50M FCH, up to 4 GB of DDR3 1333 memory, three display outputs, dual gigabit LAN ports, and two PCI Express Mini card expansion interfaces. The Axiomtek EP100 EPIC board will be available at the end of next month. It is ideal for high-end medical imaging, digital signage, kiosks/POI, thin clients, and gaming machines.
ADLINK Technology introduced the CoreModule 720 PC/104-Plus Single Board Computer and ReadyBoard 910 EPIC SBC. The Ampro by ADLINK CoreModule 720 is based on the Intel Atom Processor E600 Series, while the Ampro by ADLINK ReadyBoard 910 supports the 2nd Generation Intel Core i7/i5/i3 and Celeron processors. Both single board computers feature onboard Solid State Drives (SSD) and a compact form factor. The SBCs are idea for transportation, self-service, digital signage, and video surveillance applications.
WinSystems introduced the EPX-C380 single board computer. The EPX-C380-S SBC features the Intel 1.66 GHz Atom single core N450 processor. The EPX-C380-D features the dual core D510 processor. Both modules are EPIC-compatible. The WinSystems EPX-C380 includes the Intel ICH8M I/O hub controller, two Gigabit Ethernet ports, two SATA channels, eight USB 2.0 ports, four RS-232/422/485 asynchronous serial channels onboard, parallel port (48 lines of digital I/O), high definition audio (7.1 codec), LPT interface, real time clock, and a watchdog timer. The EPX-C380-S single board computer is priced at $695.
