Blue Chip Technology introduced their Vario-A2 digital signage and video wall controller. The Vario-A2 can drive either a DVI or VGA (adapter supplied) display. It features dual Gigabit LANs, quad USB and dual RS232 ports for interfacing to a multimedia hub. The Blue Chip Vario A2 can be supplied fitted with WiFi, 2G or 3G modem, GPS, Zigbee and a wide range of other interfaces.
Blue Chip Technology introduced their new Alpha line of integrated touchscreen computers. The new Alpha range offers screen sizes of 4.3″ (480×272), 5.7″ (640×480), 7.1″ (800×480) and 8″ (800×600). Larger screen sizes will be available in the near future. They feature integrated touch screens and a machined aluminum front panel. The Alpha touchscreen computers are ideal for embedded systems.
Blue Chip Technology recently introduced the RM3 single board computer. The ultra small SBC is based on the Freescale dual and quad core ARM Cortex 9 processors. The system on module supports dual high resolution independent displays (HDMI/DVI, LVDS, RGB), CAN, SATA, USB, UART, I2C and camera. Current OS support includes Linux and Android operating systems. Windows Embedded Compact 7 and Windows 8 support will be available soon. The RM3 SBC is ideal for digital signage, telematics, industrial control, instrumentation, medical devices and data logging applications.

The single board computer features the Intel Atom processor D510, Intel 82801HM I/O Controller (ICH8-M), Intel 82567V Gigabit Ethernet Controller, parallel IDE, three SATA interfaces, five PCI-Express [x1] lanes, optional six PCI-Express [x1] lanes, four 32-bit PCI, LPC, SMBus and I2C. The Blue Chip computer on module is ideal for embedded, medical, test and measurement, military, government and security applications.

The Blue Chip RM2 single board computer features a small footprint (50mm by 50mm), low power consumption, 256Mbytes or 512Mbytes mobile LPDDR memory, 400 MT/s and on-board 256Mbytes to 1Gbytes NAND Flash memory for code storage. The board is ideal for industrial applications like automotive, public transportation, medical, defense and energy.
