Axiomtek Announces EP100 EPIC Embedded Board

Axiomtek introduced their EP100 EPIC embedded board. Options for the EP100 module include either the AMD G-Series APU dual core T56N with Radeon HD 6320 graphics or AMD G-Series APU single core T40R with Radeon HD 6250 graphics. The board features the AMD A50M FCH, up to 4 GB of DDR3 1333 memory, three display outputs, dual gigabit LAN ports, and two PCI Express Mini card expansion interfaces. The Axiomtek EP100 EPIC board will be available at the end of next month. It is ideal for high-end medical imaging, digital signage, kiosks/POI, thin clients, and gaming machines.

Axiomtek Introduces NANO101 Embedded Single Board Computer

Axiomtek introduced the NANO101 embedded SBC. The NANO101 single board computer is powered by either a single core AMD G-Series APU T40R or the dual core T40E. The Nano-ITX motherboard features A50M FCH chipset, up to 4 GB DDR3 1066 memory, integrated Radeon HD 6250 graphics controller, six USB 2.0 ports, two COM ports (one is RS-232 and the other is RS-232/422/485 selectable), dual Gigabyte LANs, SATA-600 port, mainstream CFast socket, PCI Express Mini card expansion, and HD audio. The Axiomtek NANO101 board will be available in mid-March 2012.

Axiomtek SHB213 Single Board Computer

Axiomtek rolled out the SHB213 SBC, which is a PICMG 1.3 half-size CPU card. The SHB213 single board computer supports the second generation Intel Core i7/i5/i3 processors and Intel Celeron processors. It is RoHS compliant and offers interface for RAID-capable SATA-600 and USB 3.0. The SHB213 SBC will be available at the end of March, 2012. The Axiomtek SHB213 is ideal for DVR, digital security surveillance, gaming machine, visual inspection instruments, and video server applications.

Axiomtek rBOX103 DIN-rail Fanless Embedded System

Axiomtek introduced their rBOX103 DIN-rail fanless embedded system. The rBOX103 supports the Intel Atom Z510PT and Z520PT processors. The embedded box features 2 GB DDR2 system memory, two CAN 2.0 A/B interfaces, serial ports, two isolated Ethernet (one 10/100/1000Mbps and one 10/100Mbps), USB 2.0 ports, VGA output, and CompactFlash socket. The Axiomtek rBOX103 will be available at the end of January 2012. The embedded system is ideal for CAN-based applications that need high-speed transmission and efficient error detection mechanisms.

The embedded SBC features DDR3 1066 memory slot (up to 4 GB), integrated Radeon HD 6250 graphics controller, DirectX 11 support, 18/24-bit LVDS and VGA display dual view compatibility, and +12V DC power input. Axiomtek introduced the CEM860 COM Express module. The Axiomtek CEM860 supports Intel 2nd generation Core i7 and i5 quad and dual core processors and Intel Celeron processors. It features the Mobile Intel QM67 PCH, two SO-DIMM slots (up to 16 GB of DDR3 memory), four SATA ports, eight USB 2.0 ports, two USB 3.0 ports, six PCI Express x1 ports, and a PCI Express x16 interface. The Type 6 COM Express module will be available near the end of November. The CEM860 board is ideal for graphics-intensive and I/O rich applications such as telecommunication, medical imaging, digital signage, gaming machines, military, and networking.
