ADLINK Technology introduced their aTCA-6250 AdvancedTCA (ATCA) processor blade. The ADLINK aTCA-6250 features dual 8-core Intel Xeon processor E5-2658/E5-2648L, Intel C604 PCH, eight-channel memory (up to 128GB of DDR3 memory), dual 10GbE Fabric Interfaces, dual GbE Base Interfaces, quad front panel GbE egress ports, front panel dual COM and USB 2.0 ports, front panel VGA connector, onboard SATA connector and 400W power supply subsystem.
Emerson Network Power introduced the ATCA-F140 40G AdvancedTCA (ATCA) switch blade. The ATCA-F140 40G switch blade features high bandwidth, high performance, and flexibility. The ATCA-F140 offers 1G, 10G and 40G fabric switching interfaces for backwards compatibility with existing payload blades, while enabling the maximum ATCA fabric bandwidth to meet the needs of the most data-intensive applications, including 4G Long Term Evolution (LTE) networks. The ATCA-F140 switch blade will also be available integrated within the latest release of Emerson Network Power’s 40G-ready platform core, the Centellis 4440, R2.0.
ADLINK Technology introduced the aTCA-6150 AdvancedTCA (ATCA) processor blade. The ADLINK aTCA-6150 features the dual 32nm six-core Intel Xeon processor L5638 with 2.00 GHz core-speed, the Intel 5520 chipset, up to 48 GB of DDR3 memory, and an optional PICMG Mid-size AMC bay for increased computing performance and flexibility. The Intel Xeon processor L5638 on 32 nm process technology with 6-core / 12-thread capability gives the aTCA-6150 increased processing performance with more efficient power consumption.
