X-ES XCalibur4401 Single Board Computer Supports 2nd Generation Intel Core i7 Processor

Extreme Engineering Solutions announced the XCalibur4401 single board computer. The XCalibur4401 is a 6U CompactPCI SBC based on the second generation Intel Core i7 processor (formerly codenamed Sandy Bridge). The X-ES XCalibur4401 features two separate channels of up to 16 GB DDR3-1333 ECC SDRAM, two PrPMC/PrXMC slots, 32 MB of NOR flash and up to 128 GB of NAND flash. The XCalibur4401 is ideal for military, communications, and industrial applications.

Extreme Engineering Solutions (X-ES) XCalibur4401 single board computer

The X-ES XCalibur4401 single board computer is available in either conduction- or air-cooled versions. It supports Gigabit Ethernet, SATA, I2C, USB, PMC I/O, XMC I/O, and DVI graphics out the connectors. Operating system support for Wind River VxWorks, QNX Neutrino, Linux Board Support Packages (BSPs) are available. Windows drivers are also available.
