Axiomtek rBOX103 DIN-rail Fanless Embedded System

Axiomtek introduced their rBOX103 DIN-rail fanless embedded system. The rBOX103 supports the Intel Atom Z510PT and Z520PT processors. The embedded box features 2 GB DDR2 system memory, two CAN 2.0 A/B interfaces, serial ports, two isolated Ethernet (one 10/100/1000Mbps and one 10/100Mbps), USB 2.0 ports, VGA output, and CompactFlash socket. The Axiomtek rBOX103 will be available at the end of January 2012. The embedded system is ideal for CAN-based applications that need high-speed transmission and efficient error detection mechanisms.

  • Intel Atom processors Z510PT (1.1 GHz) and Z520PT (1.33 GHz)
  • 2 GB DDR2 system memory
  • Fanless without internal cabling
  • Operating temperature range of -40°C ~ +70°C
  • Two isolated CAN bus
  • Two isolated Ethernet ports (one 10/100/1000Mbps and one 10/100Mbps)
  • Two USB 2.0 ports
  • Two COM ports (or two optional isolated COM ports)
  • Two watchdog timer
  • Optional PCI Express Mini card (USB-type) and a SIM socket for Wifi or 3G wireless connection
  • Supports SNMP V1/V2c
  • CompactFlash socket
  • VGA
  • Two power paths and 12-48VDC power input with a terminal block
  • DIN-rail mount
  • Pre-installed with Linux, Windows 7, Windows CE 6.0, or Windows XP Embedded
  • Supports AXView monitoring software package
  • Front-facing LED indicators
