VIA Technologies launched the Nano X2 E-Series processors for 64-bit x86 embedded system design applications. The processor combines two 64-bit, superscalar VIA Nano cores on a single die. The low power VIA Nano X2 Series processor is available in two speeds: 1.2+ GHz and 1.6+ GHz. VIA Nano X2 E-Series Processors are sampling now. Systems and boards featuring the new VIA processors will be available this quarter. The VIA Nano X2 E-Series features a component longevity guarantee of 7 years.
