Ambarella AmbaCast 6000 Universal Broadcast Video Processor
Ambarella announced the AmbaCast 6000 universal broadcast video processor. The AmbaCast 6000 is a single-chip platform (encode, decode, transcode, transrate) for H.264 and MPEG-2, up to 1920 x 1080P60. AmbaCast 6000 can be configured to deploy MPEG-2 SD/HD services for North American Cable TV market, or H.264 SD/HD services for Telco TV market in Europe. The AmbaCast 6000 platform is currently sampling.
AmbaCast 6000 Features
