IBASE ET820 ETX CPU Module

The ET820, from IBASE Technology, is an Intel Atom-based ETX CPU module. The ET820 module is based on the Intel Atom processor N270 running 1.6 GHz. The ET820 is ideal for compact and rugged designs in infotainment, POS, automation, medical fields, and in other industrial and embedded applications requiring only passive cooling. The ET820 delivers optimal performance while consuming very little power. The N270 processor has a maximum TDP of 2.5 W, while the platform together with the 945GSE Express chipset has a maximum TDP of 12W to 15W.

The ET820 features the Intel’s Graphics Media Accelerator 950 core, supporting both CRT VGA and 18-bit single channel LVDS displays. A DDR2 SO-DIMM socket on board implements up to 1GB of system memory. The board comes built in with a 10/100 Ethernet and standard ETX interfaces for four USB ports, two SATA II ports, audio, PS/2 keyboard/mouse, IDE, parallel port and two serial ports. The board measures 95 by 114 mm.
