Micron Announces Serial NAND Flash Memory Technology
Micron Technology, Inc. (NYSE:MU) introduced a serial NAND flash memory technology, providing embedded applications with the flexibility to easily upgrade their storage capacity. With chip density starting at 1 gigabit (Gb), Micron’s serial NAND flash allows customers to easily and cost-effectively extend their storage capacity beyond what is currently available with serial NOR flash, and it provides a significant cost-per-bit advantage.

Interface Masters Technologies introduced a new family of 10 Gigabit (10Gb) products targeted for Networking Inline Devices, Security Appliances and Central Office applications. The Niagara 2810 features a four 10Gb port switch with an additional 24 gigabit port and active bypass switch capabilities. Digital Airways Kaleido Powers Porsche Design P’9522 Mobile Phone

The P’9522 is the result of a cooperation between the French cell-phone maker and Porsche Design.
