Y-Lynx new wireless module YLX-TRM8053-025 is a powerful combination of a full featured ISM band transceiver together with an ultra flexible Communication Controller (LibIC[tm]). Lockheed Martin Selects VMETRO Vortex Data Recording Systems
Lockheed Martin [NYSE: LMT] has awarded VMETRO Inc. a contract to supply Vortex Data Recording systems to support Lockheed Martin’s work on the F-35 Lightning II test laboratory. The Data Recording systems are based on VMETRO’s Vortex VME Open Data Recording platform. The Vortex system will be incorporated into Lockheed Martin’s instrumentation and test plan for Lightning II. The award value exceeds $660,000. Delivery will occur in 2008.
Synopsys, TSMC Team on HSPICE Modeling for 40nm Processes
Synopsys, Inc. (NASDAQ: SNPS), a world leader in software and IP for semiconductor design and manufacturing announced the release of the TSMC Modeling Interface (TMI) methodology, which has been developed from Synopsys’ production-proven protocol for integrating custom device models into HSPICE®, HSIM[tm] and NanoSim® transistor-level circuit simulators. This new methodology, on average, improves simulation time and reduces memory usage by 5X.
