Nexcom EBC 500 Embedded CPU Board
The Nexcom EBC 500 is an industrial embedded CPU board that features the Intel(R) Core(TM) 2 Duo processor.
The Intel Core 2 Duo processor combines increased processing power with greater performance-per-watt. In addition, users will experience improved system responsiveness, with up to 40% faster performance than previous generations of Intel Processors. This state-of-the-art architecture enables EBC 500 embedded CPU board to address a broad spectrum of industrial computing applications within the industrial automation, transportation, multimedia, gaming and medical.
The 5.25″ form factor EBC 500 embedded board computer is RoHS compliant, consumes only 1.0375 (about 1.3V) of power. It has 2 PCI Express Gigabit Ethernet, 1 PCI Express x16 Expansion slot and 1 standard PCI Expansion Slot. The new EBC 500 is just part of Nexcom’s extensive range of Industrial PC products which includes Embedded CPU Boards, Fanless Embedded Systems, Single Board Computers and Network Appliances.
