Popkin Software is a leading provider of tools and services to optimize enterprise and e-business processes, and to design and manage software applications and databases. Jan Popkin established the company in 1988, based on his recognition of the need for tools and techniques to utilize the software industry's technical and managerial resources. Since 1988, Popkin Software has developed and produced a portfolio of products that have evolved into the company's current flagship offerings: System Architect and XML Architect.

Telelogic acquired Popkin Software as of 18 April 2005.
