Wireless Message Protocol White Paper v2.0.0

This document specifies the Wireless Message Protocol, a specification designed to maximize efficiency and interoperability between wireless messaging networks. Based upon XML (Extensible Markup Language), an external entity can submit, lookup, and receive wireless messages. This specification is a work in progress for the purposes of creating an open, non-proprietary, messaging standard between wireline and wireless networks.
