Wireless Communications: Tandem-Free Operation (TFO) Network Architecture, and Echo Canceller Applications

The expansion of mobile-to-mobile services combined with subscriber demands for improved voice signal clarity are high priority issues. This paper describes the role of traditional echo cancellers, and the evolution of these products into voice enhancement systems.
