Using Sun Performance Library

Sun Performance Library contains high-speed mathematical subroutines for the Solaris Operating Environment on the SPARC and Intel architectures based on the most widely-used numerical subroutine libraries. Sun Performance Library has native interfaces to FORTRAN 77, Fortran 90, and C languages.
