Seamless Flash Memory Management under Microsoft Windows CE

Much like RAM, flash memory is used to store program code and data on demand. And like ROM, the data written to a flash memory part stays intact when power is turned off. This combination of qualities makes flash memory very appealing but unfortunately, flash does have some drawbacks.
