Size of the Interleaver for the Case of Turbo Codes

In this paper VOCAL Data & Telephony Software proposes that the size of the interleaver should be fixed to an integer number of DMT symbols to take the maximum advantage of the turbo code principle and to avoid degradation of the high order constellations.
