Through the use of security and access control capabilities on the Client, Network, and Server, iNotion ensures only the right people are accessing your server and information. The MS Windows 2000 Active Directory Services, Firewall protection, and 3 rd party anti-virus software protection, provides the backbone services and protection against hackers or unauthorized access, while iNotion ensures users who are granted access are limited to performing functions only allowed by the owner of the product. Further, iNotion's limited use of the Internet Information Services port, allows the Server administrator to maintain the highest level of security, by not exposing well known and vulnerable access methods to most web based servers.
