High Confidence Load Testing

The implementation of mission critical applications on large open systems is stressful enough without the added burden of entering the production phase without a high degree of confidence in the configuration's performance and/or stability under load. Even if acceptable performance is initially achieved, sustaining it through perturbations in the load profile or product stack can be an unpredictable exercise. The primary focus of the applied research conducted by Oracle Large Systems Support (LSS) is to minimize the risk in these situations through structured, iterative testing and analysis. A recent engagement graphically illustrates the value that this approach provides to system developers and operations managers.
