Tics RTOS

The Tics RTOS is a powerful real-time operating system with an easy to understand API. Tics is distributed under the GNU General Public License.

Running Tics on Embedded Microprocessors
Tics can run on virtually any microprocessor; you only need to create a hardware support file for your particular processor. A sample hardware support file is provided that allows Tics to run under DOS. This sample hardware support file can be used as a template to create hardware support files for other processors.

Running Tics on DOS
Tics is delivered with a hardware support file for MS-DOS. Download Tics and Borland's Turbo C/C++ 1.01 and you're ready to go. Running under MS-DOS is a very effective way to debug most of your code before running on your target processor.
