Ronetix Releases PEEDI Flash Multicore Stand-Alone Programmer
3/28/2006 - Ronetix has announced the release of PEEDI Flash, its new high-speed JTAG Flash Programmer for on-board and on-chip Flash devices for the ARM7, ARM9 or XScale-based MCUs. PEEDI Flash is the only programmer capable of programming multiple units on-board or on-chip, and it is ideal for production-level programming environments.
The flexible design of PEEDI Flash means that end users can utilize the programmer for either standalone applications or connected to a host PC. Currently, PEEDI Flash supports the ARM7, ARM9 and XSCALE-based MCUs, as well as the AT91SAM7, the LPC2000 series and the MAC7100.
PEEDI Flash is based on Ronetix's high-speed JTAG Ethernet debugger and can be easily upgraded to perform full debugging capability by purchasing additional software.
Among the advantages of PEEDI Flash are:
- Ability to communicate remotely via Telnet interface
- Option to program up to 4 units simultaneously
- MMC/SD slot on PEEDI Flash to enable stand alone programming
- Support for over 800 Flash devices, with more available every day
PEEDI Flash is $1340 per unit.
