Lattice to Demonstrate New 90nm FPGAs at the Embedded Systems Conference

3/21/2006 - Lattice Semiconductor (NASDAQ: LSCC) announced that it will demonstrate its recently introduced 90nm LatticeSCTM high performance and LatticeECP2TM low cost FPGAs at the Embedded Systems Conference Silicon Valley, April 4-6, in Booth 3318. Mixed signal devices for clock and power management, particularly well suited for embedded applications, will also be featured, as well as the LatticeMico8, an 8-bit soft microcontroller core and the Lattice ispLEVER® software design tool suite.

The new Power Manager II devices replace power management functions typically requiring multiple ICs, including Reset Generators, Voltage Supervisors, Sequencers and Trackers. In addition, the ispPAC-POWR1014A device replaces Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC) ICs used for power supply voltage measurements, controlled through a standard I2C interface.
