Pinnacle Data Systems To Acquire GNP Computers

7/7/2005 - Pinnacle Data Systems, Inc. (PDSi) (AMEX: PNS), announced that it has executed a non-binding Letter of Intent to acquire the assets and assume certain liabilities of privately-held GNP Computers, Inc. (GNP). Following the acquisition, which is expected to close during PDSi's fiscal third quarter ending September 30, GNP is expected to become an integrated part of PDSi. Based in Monrovia, California, GNP was founded in 1981 and like PDSi, offers computer system design, manufacturing, and lifecycle management for OEMs in a broad range of industries.
