OMRON to Dissolve Overseas Affiliated Company

6/27/2005 - OMRON Corporation (TSE: 6645)(ADR: OMRNY), a global leader in automation, sensing and control technology has decided to dissolve its overseas affiliated company OMRON TECHNICAL SERVICE MALAYSIA SDN. BHD.

Reason for dissolution
OMRON Technical Service Malaysia was established when Omron Corporation terminated its overseas POS business, in order to fulfill obligations to supply POS (Point of Sales) terminal maintenance parts etc. to Asian customers. As this aim has now been achieved, we have decided to dissolve the company.
