Accordance Debuts POW WOW! Power Supply for Motherboards, Peripherals
6/8/2005 - Accordance Systems announced the availability of the its new POW WOW!TM, a portable, power supply ideal for bench testing computer and other electronic components. Its compact dimensions and low cost make it perfect for technicians working in the lab or at customer sites, as well as any other device using a Molex-type 4-pin power connector. The connector can also utilize common cable adapters for further convenience and flexibility.
“Troubleshooting computers in the field is always hampered by tight working space and short cable runs from an ATX power supply” said Joshua West of Integrated Resources, Inc. “The 3-1/2 foot cable length and compact size allows us to locate the Pow Wow! anywhere. Repair times are greatly reduced, and we improve safety by isolating suspect components from the rest of the system.”
POW WOW! accepts any 100-240V input and provides 42 watts of sustainable 5V and 12V power with a 10ms minimum holdup.
