5/4/2005 - Texas Instruments Incorporated (TI) (NYSE: TXN) will showcase leading motor control techniques and will demonstrate the recently introduced TMS320F2801, F2806 and F2808 digital signal controllers at the SPS Electric Automation America Systems and Components Exhibition and Conference. TI will be one of 110 exhibitors at the conference, which highlights technological advances in controls, electric drives, sensors, software and motors and will take place on May 23-26 at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont (Chicago), Illinois. TI motor control experts will also demonstrate the recently-introduced TMS320F2801, F2806 and F2808 controllers. These new devices integrate a full set of control system interfaces, including TIís unique, patent pending, high-resolution PWM technology that provides over 16 bits of accuracy in a 100 KHz control loop. Live demonstrations of a single F2808 device controlling multiple three-phase motors will take place at the TI booth, number 727.
