2/15/2005 - UIQ Technology announces that Teleca has become a member of the UIQ Selected program for UIQ 3.0. The product to be submitted for UIQ acceptance is Teleca’s PC Connectivity Suite.
UIQ Selected for UIQ 3.0 is a program created by UIQ Technology and is designed to facilitate and speed up the creation of mobile phones based on the UIQ platform. When developing new mobile phones based on the UIQ platform, UIQ Selected enables a reduction of development costs, a more effective integration process and a shorter time-to-market.
The PC Connectivity Suite is a software package for mobile phone manufacturers that want to enhance the mobile phone experience by adding functionality on the PC. The PC Connectivity Suite provides a range of connectivity services for a mobile user, within the areas Synchronisation, Device Management, Multimedia and Personalisation.
