12/5/2005 - HS3 Technologies Inc. (HS3) (OTCBB: HSTT) is pleased to announce the company has signed a Letter of Intent with CelCCTV S.A. de CV of Mexico to be a Master Distributor in the United States. HS3 will market and distribute CelCCTV's proprietary hardware and software surveillance solutions. The LOI was executed on November 30, 2005. The formal agreement is anticipated to be executed in mid-January 2006.
The majority of remote surveillance solutions available today are computer-based via the Internet. But even in today's technological world one does not always have access to the Internet. CelCCTV's proprietary monitoring system was designed to grant broader accessibility utilizing cellular phones. The company's unique compression technology coupled with its video servers enable any user to view streaming, real-time images on a cell phone.
