CEVA Presents Papers at Global Navigation Satellite System Conference
9/24/2004 - CEVA, Inc. (NASDAQ: CEVA; LSE: CVA), the leading licensor of digital signal processors (DSP) cores and communications solutions to the semiconductor industry, announced that it will present three papers at the Institute of Navigation / Global Navigation Satellite System conference taking place at the Long Beach Convention Center in California from September 21-24.
The topics for the three papers being presented are:
- GPS Jamming - The Enemy Inside! - Reviewing the repercussions for RF integrity of an indoor GPS receiver and addressing the 'inside' sources of noise and jamming, together with some suggested considerations.
- DSP + GPS Combination for Mobile Communication Platforms - Presenting a new DSP and GPS combination targeted at GPS enabled mobile communication platforms, specifically for the indoor environment.
- NAVAJO GPS ASIC - The Ultimate Single Chip Baseband - Detailing the use of off the shelf IP (Intellectual Property) blocks to create a high performance GPS baseband ASIC suitable for the most demanding applications and how the software was developed to allow the new ASIC to be tracking satellites within 6 days of receipt.
