U.S. Navy Awards $10 Million Contract to AP Labs

8/30/2004 - AP Labs has been awarded a potential $10 million contract by the U.S. Navy's Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center (SPAWAR), San Diego, Calif., to manufacture up to 294 Advanced Modular Electronics Distant Sentinel (AMEDS) communication chassis assemblies. Two AMEDS chassis models, each with distinct designs, will be provided to accommodate array processor and receiver cards and other supporting components and cabling. Work will be performed in San Diego, Calif., and is expected to be completed by August 2009.
