8/24/2004 - Concurrent Computer Corporation (NASDAQ: CCUR) and eNGENUITY Technologies Inc. (TSX: EGY) announced a partnership agreement that makes Concurrent a worldwide value added reseller of selected eNGENUITY Technologies software products, including STAGE Flightsim, STAGE Helisim and VAPS.
Concurrent will sell an integrated flight simulation development platform comprised of its iHawkTM COTS (commercial-off-the-shelf) multiprocessing systems running the RedHawkTM real-time Linux® operating system and eNGENUITY’s customizable flight simulation software. The new solution, available for purchase in September, is a breakthrough, turnkey platform for avionics and aircraft systems development within global aerospace and defense markets.
“Concurrent is very well positioned in the global real-time computing market with the iHawk hardware system,” said Patrice Commune, president and CEO of eNGENUITY. “This partnership opens up an entirely new sales channel for us and is a great opportunity to build more business for both companies.”
