I-Bus Opens New R&D Center in Santa Clara, California

7/12/2004 - I-Bus Corporation has opened its new R&D Center in Santa Clara, California. This new facility is located in the heart of Silicon Valley with easy access to key suppliers and strategic alliances.

The facility targets three main activities for the company: ET&Q Lab in additional to the Electrical and Mechanical Lab.It consolidates most of the company's operations under one roof "with Electrical, Mechanical, ET&Q in one location, we can improve our turn-around-time in System Integration by two fold" said Mien Shih, VP Engineering. "This greatly improves the time-to-market for our customers."

I-Bus has founded its reputation on creating innovative solutions in the state-of-the-art CompactPCI world.
