6/15/2004 - "Fixing Wheels to Micro's" is the first of a series of "Embedded Automotive" seminars, targeted at Electronic Engineers working in the automotive space. Embedded Automotive is the result of a collaboration between several key vendors and will include presentations from Freescale Semiconductor (formerly Motorola Semiconductor Products Sector), iSystem, Metrowerks, Encirc and Artisan Software. The event will be held in Birmingham, 29th June.
"The objective is to provide a real hands on approach to issues that embedded engineers in the automotive sector face everyday, a chance for these leading vendors to present their latest technology at a technical level and a chance for engineers to meet with experts in their fields" said Richard Blackburn, the organiser.
"Fixing Wheels To Micro's" will discuss a broad range of topics such as the most recent micro's being launched, developments in debugging tools, data management in telematic systems, software development, modelling tools and in addition to the presentations, there will be a chance for engineers to meet with industry experts and see working demonstrations of emerging technology.
