Mentor Graphics Acquires Compiler Technology from Atair

6/9/2004 - Mentor Graphics Corporation (Nasdaq: MENT) announced that it has acquired compiler technology and engineering resources from Atair GmbH, based in Vienna, Austria. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

"The addition of the Atair compiler technology will help round out Mentor's product portfolio in this area and position us to lead the way in meeting the challenges of proliferating dual-core embedded systems," said Neil Henderson, general manager, Embedded Systems Division, Mentor Graphics®.
