Rockwell Collins Selects TI Supplier of the Year

5/12/2004 - Texas Instruments (TI) (NYSE: TXN) was named the Linear and Logic Commodity Supplier of the Year 2004 by Rockwell Collins. The award was presented to TI for customer service excellence in the areas of logic and high-performance analog by Chairman, President and CEO Clay Jones during the Annual Supplier Conference.

"This honor reinforces our assurance to our customers that TI is committed to the standard linear, logic, and high-performance analog market and will continue to provide our customers with best-in-class support," stated Steve Kelley, Vice President for TI's WW Standard Linear and Logic and WW Military Products. "We are pleased that Rockwell Collins has recognized our efforts by honoring us with this award."

The Supplier of the Year award is an acknowledgement of significant contributions made during the year by suppliers based upon delivery, cost of ownership, lead time and customer metrics.
