Opera 7 Empowers i3's New Mood Box IP Set-top Box Products

5/5/2004 - i3 and Opera Software announced that Opera 7 will now empower i3's Mood Box IP set-top box (STB) products. The Opera 7 browser will display the STB's user interface (UI), offer full access to the Internet, and enable features such as Electronic Programming Guide (EPG), messaging, gaming and interactive services.

Opera 7 empowers Mood BoxTM users with superior access to all Web pages, advanced rendering speed, and feature-rich functionality. Opera's faithful standards support allows the browser to extend its usability to display the STB's UI and EPG. The Mood BoxTM's EPG presents programming schedules in an easily searchable format.
