Mántica Distributes Ulticom's Signalware Software in Spain, Portugal

(NASDAQ: ULCM), a leading provider of signaling software enabling mobility, location, payment, switching, and messaging services, announced that it has signed a distribution agreement with Mántica Solutions to provide Ulticom's Signalware SS7, SIGTRAN, SIP and Gateway products to the Spanish and Portuguese markets. Mántica Solutions' experience with intelligent network enabling technologies and relationships with major network equipment and service providers will provide Ulticom with increased opportunities to penetrate new accounts in the region.
Mántica Solutions is uniquely qualified to distribute Ulticom's Signalware software. The company's management team has established relationships with key potential customers and its first-class engineering staff specializes in signaling and next generation middleware technologies. Specifically, they have core competencies in SS7-SIGTRAN signaling, IN-CAMEL-MAP solutions, and next generation platforms based on new technologies such as SLEE, OSA/Parlay, and SIP.
