3/2/2004 - NMS Communications (Nasdaq:NMSS) and Computer Talk Technology will present a Web seminar, "Migrating the Call Center to IP," on March 3, 2004, at 11:00 a.m. Eastern /8:00 a.m. Pacific. This web seminar is last in a series focused on building call center solutions.
IP share of the North American contact center market has been predicted to grow to $824 million by 2008. By changing to an IP-based telephone network, call centers can receive all the benefits any enterprise gets from a VoIP-based phone system. By applying the advantages of "presence" based on Session Initiation Protocol, many call centers can move to a partially or fully distributed workforce while improving the customer experience.
