Early Bird and 2-for-1 registration discounts will be available for a limited time beginning Feb. 9, 2004.
The International Mentor Graphics Users' Group was formed in 1983 to provide users of Mentor Graphics products and/or services with a forum to exchange information. The conference will provide Mentor users with the opportunity to:
"As we approached the 20th anniversary of the Mentor User Conference, we refocused the event to provide our users with a forum where they could gain greater technical value and practical knowledge from Mentor as well as their peers," said Tom Floodeen, vice president and general manager, worldwide customer support, and User2User conference sponsor, Mentor Graphics. "Based on the idea that sometimes the best EDA tool is another engineer, the format of the User2User conference will provide customers with the opportunity to both learn from and educate each other. Most importantly, it will offer them a venue to voice their opinions and help us to continue to develop the tools and services they need to meet their design objectives."
The User2User conference technology session topics will include custom IC design and analog/mixed-signal, design-for-test, emulation, FPGA design, hardware/software co-verification, high-speed design, nanometer design and verification, simulation, design environment and PCB design. In addition to the technical presentations, this year's conference will feature free pre-conference workshops, a hands-on lab area with access to a variety of self-paced training modules, and a Tool Test Drive area where attendees can "test drive" a variety of Mentor tools.
Registered conference attendees will receive $300 off Mentor Graphics on the public training classes they sign up for after the conference. For more information and to register, visit www.mentor.com/user2user.
