2/20/2004 - Accelent Systems, a leading enabler of embedded devices, announced ten new licensees of Schema BIOS Configurator, with leading OEMs using Windows CE .NET and Intel® XScale® technology in North America, Asia and Europe, during the fourth quarter of 2003. Schema BIOS Configurator is a front-end to Microsoft Platform Builder enabling developers to create images necessary for Windows CE devices. It enables OEMs to develop PDTs, PDAs, POS devices, medical devices, industrial controls, set-top boxes and other Windows CE and Intel XScale technology based embedded devices in less time and with fewer resources. Schema BIOS Configurator will be demonstrated by representatives of Accelent Systems at this week’s Intel Developer Forum in San Francisco.
