The 10th Annual EE Readers Choice Awards recognized the year's best products in the following categories: ATE, Communications Test, Data Acquisition, EMC, Environmental Test, ESD, Instrumentation, and Software. Votes were tallied after readers were emailed an invitation that included the URL to the ballot and accompanying information on the selected products.
