ROAMING MESSENGER Appoints New Executives

10/14/2004 - ROAMING MESSENGER(TM) (OTCBB: RMSG) announced that industry veterans Mr. Lewis Stanton and Ms. Lisa Leight have joined ROAMING MESSENGER to fill the roles of Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing, and Vice President, Marketing, respectively.

“We searched long and hard to find individuals with two key traits: a proven track record of sustained sales growth and inside knowledge of our industry. It has taken a bit of time, but we have found the right folks to join us," said Jon Lei, ROAMING MESSENGER's CEO. "Lewis and Lisa have been tremendously successful in their previous endeavors, and we are confident they can get our sales and marketing efforts ramped up quickly," continued Mr. Lei.

Lewis Stanton, assuming the role of ROAMING MESSENGER's new Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing, is an experienced executive who has led the sales and business development organizations of several businesses. He has enjoyed success in bringing innovative enterprise software solutions to market for startup and high growth enterprises. Most recently Mr. Stanton was the CEO of E Team, the leading provider of collaborative software for emergency management, serving both government and private organizations. E Team's solution was used in New York City after September 11 by more than 150 different federal, state and local agencies as well as corporate and non-profit enterprises. For years prior, Mr. Stanton worked extensively in the technology sector, enjoying success in bringing innovative technology solutions to market for startup and high growth enterprises. Additionally, Mr. Stanton forged strong marketing relationships with some of the world's largest consulting firms and technology companies. At Arthur Andersen he was in charge of the capital markets practice in the US Southwest; his clients included several Fortune 500 companies. Mr. Stanton graduated from the University of Birmingham (UK) with a Bachelor of Science degree.

Lisa Leight, assuming the role of Vice President, Marketing, is a marketing executive with expertise in the technology sector. She has previously served as head of marketing and product management at various technology and Internet services companies. Most recently Ms. Leight was VP Marketing of E Team, Inc. In addition, Leight has worked with companies of all sizes, helping to develop and execute marketing solutions, both as an independent marketing consultant and also as an associate of McKinsey & Company and Ernst & Young. Her former clients include AT&T Online Services, Allstate Insurance, Advanta Corporation, Kodak Imaging and numerous small technology companies. Ms. Leight received her BA from Stanford University and her MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Lewis Stanton and Lisa Leight are currently retained by the Company as independent contractors via their consulting firm Stanton Associates.
