10/11/2004 - Denali Software Inc., the leading provider of intellectual property (IP) for design and verification of complex chip interfaces, is pleased to announce that its CTO Mark Gogolewski has been invited to participate in a moderated discussion, "Design Chain Views on IP Quality and Interoperability", at the Fabless Semiconductor Association's Semiconductor IP Workshop held today in Santa Clara California.
Gogolewski will join other panelists from Cadence, Rambus, TSMC, and Virage Logic in a discussion moderated by Ron Wilson of Electronic Engineering Times. Denali is an invited panelist because the company is an industry leader in providing high-quality IP that facilitates the design and verification of chips that use complex interfaces such as PCI Express, SATA II, and DDR-based memory systems. The panel will address the IP business model and how to analyze, measure, quantify, standardize, and enforce both the quality and interoperability of exchanged IP components-- all critical issues for the semiconductor industry.
